In Mercedes 722.3, 722.5 and 722.6 pumps, severe load between the pump housing and bushing can cause hydraulic leaks and low pressure. The Sonnax oversized, finish-in-place bushing 68004-02 allows salvage of costly pump housings and allows the rebuilder to establish precise shaft-to-bushing clearance.
Finish-in-place bushing allows rebuilders to set more precise clearances between the bushing and shaft.
Allows salvage of pumps with damaged bushing bores.
