Part No. 126202 Ford 6R140 units often suffer loss of lubrication pressure at the converter hub support pump bearing due to failure of the integral bearing seal.
When the bearing itself fails, a high-pitch noise/pump whine will result. Installing Sonnax converter hub support pump bearing 126202 restores normal operation by stemming the leakage and eliminating abnormal noise.
Note:
Install Sonnax bearing with seal side toward the converter.
